Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you very much for your purchase! At Miss Sprinkles Creates, I want to make sure that I sell products you’ll love. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your order, please use my email form linked in the sidebar to reach out to me so I can propose solutions and resolve any issues.


NOTE: Return shipping and the shipping price you paid will not be refunded under any case.

  • If any or all of your purchased items in your order arrive damaged* (see clause), please email me within 14 days of shipment arrival (please express details of damage and, if possible, provide a photograph) to process a full cash refund equal to the price of the damaged items up to $20.00 in value for every 3 items. Any remaining value will be given store credit. No need to return!
  • If any or all of your purchased items become damaged from normal use of the product** (see clause) within 30 days, please email me to receive a store credit equal to 50% of the price of the damaged item(s). Return may be required depending on the nature of the damage.
  • If you want to exchange your item(s), please email me within 14 days of shipment arrival to process an exchange that is equal to or less than the value of the purchased items. Although the price of the return shipping will not be refunded, you will not have to pay shipping for the exchanged item to be sent to you. (Custom orders are not eligible for exchanges)
  • If you change your mind about your purchased items for any other reason, please email me within 14 days of shipment arrival to process a return and receive a cash refund equal to 50% of the price of the returned purchased item(s). (Custom orders are not eligible for returns)
  • Freebies are bonuses given out with orders to show I’m thankful for your purchase and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason.



*Arrival damages clause covers:

  • Excessive scratches and dings on wood.
  • Separated links on keychains or key ring that breaks upon first use.
  • Unsealed wood art.
  • Wood art thats seal has fallen or broken off.
  • Lapel pins that have broken off or breaks upon first use.
  • Missing backs for lapel pins.
  • Incorrect color on wood art that isn’t the one you chose at purchase.
  • Item(s) that you did not order; incorrect order.


Arrival damages clause does not cover:

  • Dark whorls, divots, or other wood characteristics a part of the item.
  • Slight coloring outside of lines on wood art or other micro mistakes with coloring/wood burning (Note: I strive to keep this to a minimum, but due to the handmade nature of these products, please allow some human error).
  • Small sections of unsealed areas on wood art if they don’t take up more than 10% surface area.
  • Damaged packaging with the product(s) themselves intact.



**“Normal Use” clause covers:

  • Keychain links separating or pulling apart in your purse/on backpack/in pockets.
  • Lapel pin breaking off back of item.
  • Key ring breaking when trying to open or close it.
  • Wood splintering apart and parts of the piece breaking off.


“Normal Use” clause does not cover:

  • Scratches and dings of wood or sealant.
  • Losing the backing of the pin.
  • Item falling off or getting lost because it was not secured properly and tightly to the place you attached it too.
